Leadership of remaining and oversight of other technician and apprentices. Lead and direct the major mechanical / electronic activities to be carried out with the operation/maintenance to meet customer expectation. Confer with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and to discuss work to be performed. Plan, organize and coordinate the day-to-day running of the garage, e.g. by writing work orders and by arranging for garage staff to perform necessary maintenance and repair work on  vehicles. Inspect installations reviewing progress, quality and performance on daily bases, across staff and turn on a variety of different projects such as mixed use buildings trust, hospitality & data centers.
